Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information the consultancy identified on our proposals (the "Company", "we") collects from prospective and current clients, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our client-facing pages — proposals, invoices, agreements, surveys, and the client portal — and to the information you share with us during an engagement.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and company, whether through a survey, a proposal request, or direct conversation.
  • Project materials: the answers, documents, requirements, and feedback you share so we can scope and deliver the work.
  • Agreement records: when you accept a proposal or sign an agreement electronically, we record the drawn signature, signer name and email, network address (IP), browser details, a timestamp, and a snapshot of what was accepted — this is the legal evidence of the agreement.
  • Billing records: invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store card numbers.
  • Essential cookies only: a session cookie for portal sign-in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information — to anyone, ever.

How we use it

To scope, quote, deliver, and support your project; to invoice and collect payment; to keep the legal records an engagement requires; and to contact you about your own project. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.

Retention & deletion

We keep engagement records while the relationship is active and as long as legal, tax, or dispute obligations require. Write to us after an engagement ends and we will delete the project data we hold that we are not required to keep — signed agreements and payment records must be retained.

Security

Access to client records is restricted to our staff, transport is encrypted (HTTPS), and backups are maintained off-site. If we ever determine that a breach has exposed your sensitive personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.

Your choices

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we can. Requests go to the contact address on our proposals or the address in the footer of this page.

Governing law & changes

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update it by posting a revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
